At Full Leaf Tea Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note that for safety reasons, only unopened tea products and unused teaware are eligible for a full refund.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all safety seals on tea tins or pouches remain intact to qualify for a refund.

Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center in Southern Oregon.
